Introduction

Welcome to Travel Centuries. By using our website (www.travelcenturies.com) and booking any of our tours or services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making your reservation.

Booking Policy

• A 20% deposit of the total tour cost is required to confirm your booking.

• The remaining 80% balance must be paid no later than 14 days before your arrival date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Your booking will be considered confirmed only once the deposit has been received and a written confirmation email has been sent by Travel Centuries.

Payment Methods

Payments can be made via:

• Bank transfers (details provided upon request)

All payments are processed in US Dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your booking, the following penalties apply:

• More than 30 days before arrival: 10% of the total payment will be charged as a cancellation fee.

• 7–30 days before arrival: 50% of the total payment will be charged.

• Less than 7 days before arrival or no-show: 100% of the total payment will be charged (no refund).

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email.
Refunds (when applicable) will be processed within 14 business days after written confirmation.

5. Changes & Modifications

Travel Centuries reserves the right to modify or adjust itineraries in cases of weather conditions, safety concerns, or operational reasons. Any changes will be communicated as soon as possible, and suitable alternatives of similar value will be provided whenever available.

6. Responsibility & Liability

Travel Centuries acts only as an agent for hotels, transportation companies, and other service providers.
We are not responsible for any loss, damage, injury, delay, or irregularity caused by

third parties or circumstances beyond our control.
Travelers are responsible for ensuring valid passports, visas, and travel insurance.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that covers medical emergencies, trip cancellations, and lost belongings before departure.

Health & Safety

Please inform us of any medical conditions or special needs at the time of booking.
Travel Centuries reserves the right to decline participation in any activity if it poses a risk to the traveler’s health or safety.

Complaints & Feedback

If any issue arises during your trip, please notify your tour guide or contact our office immediately so we can resolve it promptly.

Intellectual Property

All content, images, and materials on this website are the property of Travel Centuries and may not be used, copied, or distributed without prior written consent.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
Any disputes shall be resolved under Egyptian jurisdiction.
