A reservation is considered confirmed only after:
- Receiving the required deposit or full payment

Travel Centuries reserves the right to decline or cancel bookings in exceptional circumstances.
3. Pricing & Payments
All prices displayed on our website or sent via quotation are typically quoted in U.S. Dollars (USD), unless otherwise stated.
Tour prices may vary due to:

- Currency fluctuations
- Government taxes or fees
- Fuel surcharges
Once your booking is confirmed, your agreed rate will generally remain secured unless additional services are requested.

Travel Centuries is not responsible for denied boarding, refused entry, missed flights, or travel disruptions caused by incomplete documentation.
7. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering:

- Personal liability
Travel insurance is especially recommended for international travelers visiting Egypt.
